Meet the Team
Chris Vacher is a professional horticulturalist and fine turf specialist with a long and distinguished career caring for lawns, cricket pitches, sports fields and estate gardens across East Sussex and beyond.
Chris trained through the Royal Horticultural Society and has built up decades of hands-on experience working with private clients, estates, sports clubs and ground management committees. His particular passion and expertise lies in fine turf — the science and craft of maintaining the close-mown grass surfaces that make cricket pitches, bowling greens and estate lawns so distinctive.
Whether restoring a neglected lawn, preparing a cricket square for a new season, or designing and planting a new garden, Chris brings the same meticulous approach: understanding the soil, respecting the environment and delivering results that last.
